Our client is a dynamic advertising and marketing company specializing in helping businesses grow through innovative advertising solutions, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional services. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join their team on a commission-only basis.

• Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
• Present and promote the company's advertising and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising packages and services.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Essential

• Previous sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, media, or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Own reliable transport and valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Access to a mobile phone and internet connection.

Advantageous

• Existing business network and client base.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Compensation Structure
