The role focuses on consultative selling, solution design, commercial negotiations, and long-term account growth across technology-driven environments.

Business Development & Lead Generation:

-Identify and qualify new opportunities (inbound/outbound).

-Build and manage a strong client pipeline.

-Develop relationships with key decision-makers.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:

-Run discovery sessions to understand client needs.

-Position IT services (managed, professional, project, and staff augmentation).

-Collaborate with technical teams on tailored solutions.

-Present proposals and commercial offerings.

Resource Placement & Workforce Solutions:

-Place skilled IT professionals across client projects.

-Align client needs with available talent.

-Manage rates, contracts, and service agreements.

-Support workforce planning discussions.

Commercial & Contract Management:

-Prepare proposals, SOWs, and pricing models.

-Lead negotiations and close deals.

-Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM updates.

Account Growth & Relationship Management:

-Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

-Maintain strong client relationships.

-Act as a trusted advisor on resourcing and delivery.
