An innovative financial services organisation is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead its brand growth and market expansion efforts. This role will suit someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results.

POSITION INFO

Role Purpose You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives contribute to both customer acquisition and long-term brand loyalty Key Responsibilities Shape and drive the overall marketing direction in line with business objectives Identify growth opportunities through market insights and competitive analysis Align marketing initiatives with broader organisational goals Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns Continuously assess and optimise campaigns for performance and relevance Ensure messaging remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints Lead digital marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and social platforms Strengthen brand presence through targeted content and engagement strategies Increase visibility through media exposure and thought leadership opportunities Minimum Requirements Degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role within financial services or insurance Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional South African languages advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools Core Competencies Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing to business objectives Proven experience in managing campaigns and projects end-to-end Brand management and effective communication capability Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
