Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hungary and driven Commercial and Industrial Property Broker at Realty Arena. The broker will source and manage commercial and industrial property opportunities, including identifying new listings, qualifying client requirements, and preparing property presentations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing comparative market analyses, advising on pricing and positioning, and coordinating marketing activities for listings. The role involves managing the full transaction lifecycle by arranging property viewings, handling inquiries, negotiating heads of terms and lease or sale agreements, and coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders to support execution. The broker will maintain regular contact with landlords, investors, and occupiers, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and keep accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial brokerage skills, including client prospecting, deal structuring, and transaction management (Brokerage).
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, pipeline management, and closing commercial property transactions (Sales).
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate markets, including office, industrial, and retail sectors, and local market dynamics (Commercial Real Estate).
  • Experience overseeing or coordinating property operations, tenant relationships, and lease administration (Property Management).
  • Background in property sales or related sectors such as new developments or new home sales is an advantage (New Home Sales or similar experience).
  • Relevant professional qualification or license in real estate or property brokerage (where applicable) and a valid driver’s license for occasional site visits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms; strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in South African commercial property markets is preferred.
  • Valid drivers licence and own transport
