HR ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking to employ the services of an HR Administrator. The HR Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Admin and Personnel Manager with admin and human resources.

  • Onboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records
  • Process of time sheet on fortnightly and monthly basis
  • Processing of wages on payroll system
  • Compling of termination documents
  • Handling of payroll queries
  • Preparing of audit documentation
  • Prepare payroll reports for management
  • General administrative duties
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management advantage
  • 3 years previous experience as an administrator
  • Computer Literate, MS Office, Pastel payroll,
  • Good administrative skills & systematic
  • Strong Mathematical, accounting abilities and attention to detail.
  • Multitask and ability to work under pressure
  • Good Communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans

Salary: Market related
