SUMMARY

We're looking for a dynamic, analytically minded Business Analyst to join the Product Office. Join a leading investment management firm and shape the future of investment management portfolio technology.

POSITION INFO

You'll work at the intersection of investment technology, user experience, and business strategy-translating complex portfolio management challenges into clear requirements, compelling visuals, and deliverable solutions. This is a high-exposure role. You'll work with senior product leadership, engage stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Distribution, and take ownership of features that directly impact how they serve clients. What you'll do: Analyse business needs and system behaviour across the portfolio management product suite Turn regulatory and business requirements into structured backlogs and actionable specs Create UI mock-ups, process flows, and visual artefacts that clarify complex problems and guide development Strong at prototyping, sketching, diagramming, and working up the strongest ideas to play back to the company Support discovery, solution framing, and user journey design Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, and insight generation Prepare governance materials and support product committee submissions Contribute to prioritisation decisions and measure feature success against business value What we're looking for: 3 - 5 years relevant working experience as a BA in Product in investment, wealth, or asset management Minimum completed Honours with strong academics Demonstrable analytical ability Comfort with quantitative and qualitative analysis Clear, confident communication-written and visual A bias toward action and continuous improvement Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
