About the Role
We are seeking a Dealer Principal to lead our automotive dealership operations, focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving profitability and ensuring that all dealership functions run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and mentor department heads, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability across the workforce.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed financial targets and enhance customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to manage dealership profitability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and community engagement activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training and development to achieve individual and team goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive dealership management or a related field, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationships, and financial management in an automotive context.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting financial data to drive decision-making.
- Effective communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Certification or training in automotive sales or management.
