About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will primarily focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and providing solutions that meet client needs in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential challenges.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and further build relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrable experience in selling complex products or services, with an emphasis on consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
