CCG Systems is an ICT sector and is well known to specialize in the implementation and support of ERP systems as well as Payroll & HR Systems to which our clients are made of mostly Municipalities throughout South Africa. Our company is looking for a potential candidate to join our Learning and Development team in the capacity of a Learning and Development Administrator, to be based at our Head Office.
The learning and development administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth access, accurate reporting, learner support, and effective delivery of training programmes across the organisation.
Must Have
- Diploma or Degree in HR, IT, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in LMS administration, L&D, or training coordination.
- Experience with online learning platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS systems.
- Ability to manage data, reporting, and training records accurately.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Valid Driver’s License & Own Reliable Vehicle
- Passed credit and criminal checks
- South African Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Valid South African Work Permit.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update LMS content, courses, and user accounts to ensure system accuracy.
- Upload, organise, and manage learning materials on LMS platforms.
- Generate and analyse training reports (learner progress, completion, compliance).
- Provide LMS support and troubleshoot technical issues for users.
- Coordinate training schedules, enrolments, and attendance tracking.
- Monitor course completion and certification records.
- Assist with development and formatting of learning materials and manuals.
- Support L&D initiatives and digital learning programmes.
- Liaise with vendors, training providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure LMS data security, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
Nice to have
- LMS or e-learning certifications.
- Basic instructional design knowledge.
- Experience with digital learning initiatives and e-learning content creation.
- Exposure to compliance tracking and analytics reporting.
- Experience working with external vendors or training providers.
