SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a proactive Technical Support & Internal Sales Representative to provide first-line customer support, coordinate service activities and assist customers with technical enquiries and sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the technical and sales teams.

POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements: Matric with Mathematics (minimum C symbol or equivalent) Previous experience in Technical Support, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Service Technical knowledge or interest in generators, engines or electrical products will be advantageous Telesales or service coordination experience will be advantageous Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills Strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience using ERP, CRM or retail systems will be advantageous Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and within a team Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Consultant: Cayla Hoffman - Dante Personnel East Rand Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
