Maintenance Manager

A leading plastics manufacturing company based in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering operations, reduce downtime, and ensure world-class equipment reliability. Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Trade Tested Artisan (Mechanical or Electrical)

7–10 years’ industrial maintenance experience

3–5 years’ leadership or supervisory experience

Strong PLC knowledge and experience

Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Proven ability to reduce breakdowns and control maintenance costs

Strong understanding of plant reliability and continuous improvement
