QUALIFICATIONS BCom Accounting Degree with 3 to 5 years Financial Management experience in the Automotive industry Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Dealership''s financial operations and accounting functions Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting to stakeholders Oversee debtors, creditors, asset management and general ledger functions Lead, monitor and develop the Finance team Manage payroll oversight and statutory submissions Ensure compliance to accounting standards, tax and company policies
