As part of our continued growth and digital transformation, we are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop, and manage engaging online learning experiences. The Digital Learning Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning solutions. The role will focus on creating interactive eLearning content, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), supporting Moodle administration, and implementing innovative learning technologies that enhance learner engagement and performance.
Learning Design and Development
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content, eLearning modules, assessments, and learning pathways.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective and learner-centred training experiences.
- Convert classroom-based training into interactive online learning programmes.
- Develop multimedia learning resources including videos, infographics, presentations, simulations, and job aids.
- Create assessments, quizzes, certifications, and learner evaluation tools.
LMS and Moodle Management
- Administer and maintain the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), including Moodle.
- Create and manage courses, learner enrolments, learning paths, and reporting structures.
- Monitor learner participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide technical support to users.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system optimisation.
Gamification and Learner Engagement
- Design and implement gamification strategies such as badges, leaderboards, achievements, and rewards.
- Develop interactive learning experiences that increase learner motivation and engagement.
- Recommend innovative digital learning tools and technologies to improve training outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Trainers, Recruitment Teams, and Business Leaders to identify learning needs.
- Support the development of onboarding, leadership, compliance, and skills development programmes.
- Provide guidance on digital learning best practices and emerging trends.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and analyse LMS reports and learning analytics.
- Track learner progress, course effectiveness, and training ROI.
- Recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing gamification and learner engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning standards.
- Experience within a BPO, training, education, or skills development environment.
- Basic graphic design, video editing, and multimedia development skills.
- Instructional design and curriculum development.
- LMS administration and reporting.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Educational Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in digital learning, instructional design, LMS administration, or eLearning development.
- Experience working with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience developing digital learning content and online assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
