Job Title: Customer Service Officer Seniority Level: Entry Level (up to 2 yrs exp) Region: KwaZulu Natal Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the sales order management functions to support order to cash process Continuous enhancement of customer experience; identifies gaps and provides workable solutions Exemplifies care, trust, courage, and simplicity for mutual benefit with customers To be the 'face' of the client within the supply chain function - Primary supply chain contact for the customer To provide a quality service to external and internal customers, through the departmental procedures, and provide the link for the communication flow between internal stakeholders and external customers Ownership of the pricing claims process from investigation whether invalid or invalid to the actual capture of these claims. Ensures new customer process is executed smoothly with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: The following will be advantageous Qualification Types: Under Graduate Degrees, Highest Grade Obtained Qualifications: B Admin (Public Administration), BA (Administration), B Tech (Logistics), B Tech (Public Relations) Skills: Proficient in all MS Office packages, SAP knowledge within the module SD, Display of excellent communication skills both internally and externally, Ability to work under pressure and highly organized, Excellent sales and administrative skills, Customer-focused approach Open to persons with disabilities Other Information: Sectors: Sales, Admin, Office & Support, Logistics, Warehouse & Freight, Temp Finance Function: Communications Co-ordinator
