SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Solutions Catalyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing market share, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a range of technology and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new business sales leads. Build, establish, and maintain sustainable customer relationships to drive business growth. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with annual objectives and commission structures. Promote and create awareness of new products and services, including: Connectivity Solutions Cloud Communications Cloud Services Security Solutions Develop strong business relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and service excellence. Effectively manage daily and weekly sales activities and priorities. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Process customer agreements and new order documentation accurately. Prepare and submit new business service orders. Maintain and grow the existing customer base while ensuring contract retention. Compile and submit relevant sales, customer, and internal reports. Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies. Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company's performance structure. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous) Valid driver's licence Own reliable vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong business presentation skills. Proven sales track record in both new business development and account management. Excellent command of the English language. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Ability to work successfully in a target-driven environment. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong time management and organisational abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach. Adaptable and able to manage change effectively. Committed to growing market share and promoting new products and services.
