SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity is available for a Driver Manager to take ownership of a dedicated fleet of owner-drivers within a fast paced last mile logistics operation. This role is responsible for managing the daily performance, compliance, engagement and productivity of approximately 17 drivers while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Ideally suited to a hands on logistics professional who thrives in a high pressure environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience within logistics, fleet operations, transport management or last mile delivery environments. Proven experience working with route management, driver performance monitoring and delivery optimisation systems. Strong driver management experience, including coaching, compliance management, performance monitoring and real time issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to manage owner-drivers or delivery teams within a high volume, service driven operation.
