Key Responsibilities: Strategic Management Performance Reporting: Formulate, evaluate, and present thorough monthly management account profiles, rolling budgetary forecasting frameworks, and meticulous revenue models. Multi-Site Business Partnership: Act as the central financial liaison across diverse regional hubs, translating intricate ledger trends into operational solutions for cross-functional management teams. Advanced Costing & Efficiency Reviews: Architect robust activity-based costing (ABC) models, analyze ongoing line profitability metrics, and audit procurement habits alongside commercial vendor agreements. Stewardship & Governance Oversight: Direct long-term capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning models, monitor foundational operational KPI scorecards, and lead comprehensive internal audit and internal control reviews. Job Experience and Skills Required: A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or an equivalent tertiary financial qualification. Completed professional training articles through SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA will be considered a distinct advantage. 5 to 7 years of reference-backed success operating within a dedicated Management Accounting, Cost Analysis, or Finance Business Partner role. Practical experience operating within Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Production, or closely related, high-volume industrial environments is highly preferred. Exceptionally advanced operational mastery of Microsoft Excel data manipulation, combined with a valid driver's license and dependable personal transport for site travel. Apply now!
