POSITION INFO

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive profitability, improve efficiencies and support strategic decision-making. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts Drive budgeting and forecasting processes Perform cost accounting and profitability analysis Develop and monitor operational KPI reporting Conduct internal audit and internal control reviews Support capital expenditure planning and analysis Review procurement practices and commercial agreements Build activity-based costing and revenue models Partner closely with operational management teams across multiple sites Act as the key link between Operations and Finance Job Experience & Skills Required BCom Accounting or related Finance qualification Completed SAICA, SAIPA or CIMA articles advantageous 5-7 years' experience in a Management Accounting, Cost Accounting or Finance Business Partner role Advanced Excel skills Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability Experience within Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Production or similar operational environments advantageous Valid driver's licence and reliable own vehicle essential
