POSITION INFO

Job Description: This position involves: Leading and developing a high-performing payroll team driving performance and accountability Ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery and strict adherence to legislation and company policies Reviewing and auditing payroll data to maintain data integrity and compliance Managing payroll systems, including enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations Preparing and reviewing payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions Handling payroll queries efficiently and supporting internal and external audit processes Managing and resolving KRONOS-related queries with managers and employees Skills & Experience: 8+years' payroll management experience in a high-volume environment Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams Experience with VIP People payroll systems (advantageous) Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements Qualification: B.Com Accounting (or equivalent) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
