This role provides hands-on paralegal support to the IP Legal team by managing the day‑to‑day administration of intellectual property matters across trade marks, copyright, domain names, patents, designs and contracts. The successful candidate will assist with due diligences, support the drafting and review of standard-form legal documentation, and maintain accurate, compliant records and case databases. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers (including external attorneys), supporting vendor management processes (such onboarding), tracking and managing the reporting of legal costs and invoicing, and contributing to legal risk management and reporting. With a strong focus on process discipline, attention to detail and effective use of digital tools, this position is designed to enable the Legal team to deliver consistent, efficient IP legal services, while operating within established frameworks and under appropriate supervision.
