Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data and GLN information across systems by managing supplier interactions, validating data submissions, and coordinating updates through internal workflow to support efficient EDI operations and seamless system integration.

The role supports both suppliers and buyers to ensure data integrity, timely issue resolution, and successful system updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Diploma/Certificate in Data, Administration, or Supply Chain (advantageous)
• 1–3 years’ experience in data capturing or master data (preferred)
• ERP system experience BoMM (advantageous)
• Excel advanced (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate master data and GLN review meetings and guide suppliers on portal logging (Zoom/Teams)
• Review and validate master data and GLN tickets, including Excel submissions
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and buyers
• Escalate validated change requests to Buyers, including ticket references
• Follow up with Buyers to ensure timely processing of updates
• Track and confirm changes within the BoMM system
• Update ticket statuses and notify suppliers for review and sign-off
• Maintain accurate master data tracking documentation
• Communicate progress and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Close tickets and confirm final sign-off with suppliers

• Capture and maintain master data records on the system, including:
• • New product listings and master data changes
  • Validation of product listings
  • Capture and maintenance of store ranging
  • Other master data maintenance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
