Order entry - Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a sales order.

Filing- File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find

Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems

Driver queries- Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to the route issues, payment, administrative concerns, and or vehicle-related problems.

Drawing up of Sales Reports-Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.

Qualifications & Experience

Matric/Grade 12

1-2 Years experience in Finance

Microsoft Office, Mosaic, Oracle
