Reservations is a guest's first impression — and at THE RESERVATION OFFICE, we treat it that way.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join our passionate team. We're not just an outsourced reservations office — we're an extension of our clients' teams, representing some of the finest luxury hotels, boutique properties, guest houses and game lodges.

In this role you'll be the warm, knowledgeable voice behind the booking — managing telephonic and email enquiries, preparing quotes, confirming reservations, processing payments, and handling the admin that keeps the whole process running smoothly. You'll also work across online rates, distribution, PMS systems, trade communication and client relationships, with dedicated clients of your own plus exposure to a wonderful variety of properties.

We don't just sell a room or a tent. We sell the experience of the stay.

What we're looking for

✦ 5+ years' experience in luxury boutique hotel or game lodge reservations, or a tour operating background

✦ Strong written and verbal communication

✦ Excellent attention to detail

✦ Confidence with PMS and reservations systems

✦ A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

✦ The ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
