POSITION INFO

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the product vision and roadmap. Research, understand and evaluate product requirements on the part of business and translate them into high quality product backlog items. Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval. Use various techniques for efficient business process modelling, conceptual prototypes, traceability and quality management techniques. Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes. Maximizing product value within the available internal/external capacity per sprint and measure performance of these feature teams. Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables. Eliminate impediments for development of the product scope. Support troubleshooting, resolving and closing of Production Support tickets (Incidents & Problems tickets) within defined SLA's. Technically and functionally lead the Feature Teams with Line Managers/Product Owner. Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders. Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains. Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. budget, skills, volume/size) Implement the product vision and roadmap.
