SUMMARY

A well-established company based in the East rand from the electrical industry is seeking a Stock and Inventory Manager

POSITION INFO

Minium Requirements: Matric essential Supply Chain, Logistics, or related qualification advantageous 5+ years' experience in stock and inventory management within a wholesale, distribution, or high-volume warehouse environment Experience in managing blue collar workers Experience managing a warehouse with 6,500+ line items/SKUs 3+ years' experience managing warehouse staff and operations Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Experience working with ERP and warehouse management systems Kerridge K8 advantageous Process-driven with strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and high integrity Key responsibilities: Manage daily stock control operations and support warehouse activities Maintain accurate inventory records, stock locations and reporting Oversee cycle counts, stock takes and investigate inventory variances Ensure accurate SKU allocation, barcode control and stock traceability Manage stock transfers, receiving, dispatching and back orders Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and availability Liaise with sales, operations, and returns teams to maintain stock accuracy Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and health and safety standards Lead and develop the stock control and warehouse team
