About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Salesperson 2IC (Second in Charge) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is primarily focused on supporting the sales manager in driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. You will play a crucial role in helping to expand our market presence while ensuring the team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and emerging client needs.
- Support and mentor junior members of the sales team, providing guidance on best practices and sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within [specific industry, if applicable].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to inform decision-making.
