The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Process and update the cash book, accounts payable & accounts receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
Perform supplier reconciliations.
Recording of stock transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with cycle counts and annual stock takes.
Review Monthly Age Analysis.
Assist with the preparation of management accounts.
Assist with audit preparation.
Understanding VAT calculations and ensuring compliance with VAT requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma/BCom
5 years’ of experience
Proficient in Excel
