Who Am I Looking To Connect With: Individuals who lead the independent preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing the predictive modeling necessary to manage future organizational resources. Individuals who can conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify gaps between actual and planned performance, clearly explaining the "why" behind the numbers to management. Individuals who design and deliver internal reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs that provide business leaders with immediate, actionable intelligence. Individuals who can collaborate directly with operational heads, sales teams, and procurement to validate data assumptions and drive departmental profitability. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: A completed NDip / BTech in Cost and Management Accounting, BCom, or BCom Honours. A CIMA qualification is considered a significant competitive advantage. Experience: Proven track record in management accounting with a focus on independent budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis rather than just transactional bookkeeping. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and established ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage). Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly valued. Non-negotiables: The ability to translate raw financial data into a narrative that informs business strategy, paired with the professional confidence to support CFOs and Line Managers.
