Internal Sales Administrator - Trichardt.

Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team in Trichardt.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Trichardt branch, including account functions, event coordination, reception, reporting, stock administration, and general office responsibilities.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Grade 12 or NQF aligned qualification
- At least 2-4 years’ working experience in an administrative background
- Computer literacy, including good general computer knowledge
- Experience with Windows, MS Word, and Excel
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- Good typing skills
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, people, and organisational skills
Key Accountabilities, but not limited to
- Assisting customers with price and availability enquiries
- Checking stock and processing sales orders
- Issuing delivery notes and ensuring goods are invoiced once P.O.D has been received
- Preparing written quotations, including cost calculations, data sheets, and drawings
- Following up on quotations with customers or representatives
- Providing telephonic technical support to customers, Sales Engineers, and WEG branches
- Managing contract-related purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoicing
- Maintaining stock levels and creating stock codes where required
- Assisting with stock orders and expediting delivery from the factory
- Performing general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, invoicing, and account queries
- Coordinating branch events
- Allocating payments on SAP
- Handling reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and dealing with courier companies
