Roles and Responsibilities

Delivery and Collection

• Pick up and deliver parcels, packages, documents, and goods to designated locations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.
• Collect payments for deliveries when applicable.

Vehicle Operation

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Route Management

• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes.
• Use GPS systems and delivery applications to navigate routes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and adjust routes when necessary.

Customer Service

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and delivery concerns.
• Represent the company positively during customer interactions.

Documentation and Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.

Safety and Security

• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage.
