Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Answer questions about products, prices, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Sales and Product Promotion
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new products.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
Cash Handling and Transactions
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Process cash, card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts when required.
Stock and Inventory Management
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
Store Maintenance
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures.
- Maintain fitting rooms and display areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when required.
