Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate service standards, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee all operational departments with a strong focus on Rooms Division

Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to deliver world-class service

Manage staffing, performance, and employee engagement initiatives

Drive guest satisfaction through proactive guest liaison and service recovery

Prepare and manage strategic budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

Monitor operational efficiencies and implement continuous improvements

Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained

Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

Minimum

3 years' experience in an Operations Manager role within a 5-star hotel environment

Strong Rooms Division background essential

Proven staff management and leadership abilities

Experience with strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls

Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Hands-on leader with a strong operational presence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
