Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to staff
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Support data and systems management processes
- Resolve IT-related issues and service requests
- Assist with laptop and PC setup for new employees
- Support ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvements
Skills and Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 1 year IT Technician experience
- Knowledge of PC hardware and computer diagnostics
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business software
- Experience with PC/Laptop setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network installations, setup, and diagnostics
- Valid driver's license (essential)
- Relevant IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or S+ will be advantageous
- Own vehicle advantageous
- Must be willing to travel
