Our client is a well-established project management, shopfitting, maintenance and facilities solutions company servicing clients across South Africa.
Their services include:

- Reinstatement and refurbishment projects
The company manages multiple projects nationally and is looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Site Supervisor who can take ownership of projects from planning through to final handover.
Role Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and according to client specifications.
This role requires a strong combination of project management, site supervision, contractor coordination and client relationship management.
The position is based in Centurion but requires regular travel to project sites across South Africa.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Own Smartphone
- Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in Project Management, Site Supervision, Shopfitting, Construction, Facilities Management or a related environment
- Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers and project teams
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Willing and able to travel extensively and sleep away from home when required
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation and project timelines
- Supervise site operations, contractors and project teams to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conduct site inspections and promote safe working practices
- Monitor project budgets, costs, quotations, procurement and material requirements to ensure projects remain within budget
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery
- Liaise with clients, landlords, contractors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct quality inspections, snag checks, handovers and final project close-out activities
- Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation and track project progress, variations and approvals
- Lead, motivate and manage site teams, ensuring performance, accountability and productivity
- Ensure successful project completion, client sign-off and continuous improvement through post-project reviews
