ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an with strong logistics experience to join our powerhouse team on a contract basis . This is not your average desk-bound job-this is an opportunity to lead from the front, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless, high-volume execution within a constantly moving logistics recruitment environment. You'll be the central force that keeps operations running smoothly across key regions. Each day will bring fresh challenges, demanding sharp decision-making, proactive thinking, and the ability to motivate teams in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, guide, and energize operational teams to hit performance and turnaround targets. Oversee and coordinate daily logistics processes across multiple sites. Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement smart, effective solutions. Communicate clearly with clients, teams, and management to ensure seamless execution. Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy, and service delivery. Work flexibly and commit to overtime when required , as operations often demand extended hours in peak periods. Travel between sites as needed to provide support, oversight, and operational alignment. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an operational or team-leader role within the logistics or supply chain sector. Proven ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment . Strong communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable working extended hours and responding to operational demands. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence - essential (this role requires regular site travel). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure during pressure spikes. Tech-savvy with experience in operational systems and reporting tools.
