International Outbound Call Centre sales agent|Uncapped Commission|Durban

CareerBox is looking for experienced Outbound Sales agents to join our growing UK campaign.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective UK customers.

Promote and sell broadband products and services.

Achieve daily,weekly and monthl sales targets.

Identify customers needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity on CRM systems.

Ensure high levels of customer service during all interactions.

Follow campaign scripts,compilance guidelines and sales processes.

Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Work closely with team leaders and support staff to improve performance.

Continuousy develop productt and sales knowledge through training.

Grade 11/ Grade 12 (Matric)

Minimum 1 year outbound (call centre)sales experience

International call centre experience.

Broadband or British Gas experience is highly advantageous.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong objection handling and closing ability..

Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Analytical thinker.

R7,000 Basic + Uncapped commission.

UK Shift hours (Aligned to UK Time zones) 10am-8pm

Monday to Friday.

Full training provided.
