Project Manager

Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of major construction and infrastructure developments in Johannesburg. This opportunity is suited to a strategic leader with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects across a broad range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Develop project execution plans and oversee implementation
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and client teams
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Deliver projects that meet commercial and operational objectives

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc or BEng in Construction Management, or equivalent
• Master of Science in Building (advantageous)
• Professional registration with SACPCMP as a Pr. Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM)
• Significant experience managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership and project delivery capability across diverse market sectors
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
