Regional Fleet Controller – Kuils River

POSITION INFO

National Transport and truck rental company is seeking to employ an experienced Regional Fleet Controller to join their team Responsibilities: Fleet Damages Process: (Process to be followed as per documentation)

• Damages checked against cheek sheet
• Pictures to accompany check and quotes
• Liaise with ops to generate RA to workshops
• Obtain workshop report and quotes (48 Hours turnaround time)
• Submit to Operations Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Servicing of vehicle, Tail lifts, fridges, Cranes (Process to be followed as per documentation)
• Planned in advance- with Monthly Fleet Report
• Planned in advance- with Monthly Fleet Report
• Disposal planning and preparation
• New fleet, Complete vehicle file, Transfers Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Fleet Month end reports (Process to be followed as per documentation)
• Reconcile fleet
• Report on non-movement of vehicles (Use fleet pack) Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Fines, Tracker, Etols (Process to be followed as per documentation)
• Tracker audit (All vehicles have units installed)
• Tracker audit (All units reporting - Health Check)
• Etol (All vehicles fitted with etags and active)
• Fines process, fines sent to client and charged out or paid Capture sv and update sv Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Stolen and Recovered vehicles, (Process to be followed as per documentation) Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Vehicle image:
• Manage the wash bay and staff
• Audit quality of vehicle appearance
• Manage chemicals
• Equipment
• Manage register Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB Yard:
• Parking allocations
• Manage vehicle parking,
