Location: South Africa (Head Office - Centurion, with site visits locally & internationally)

What You’ll Do
- Ensure reliable OT communications across IP, fibre, Wi-Fi, LTE/5G & mesh networks.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity issues and manage escalations with vendors.
- Build monitoring dashboards, alerts, and telemetry for operational visibility.
- Support enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access.
- Drive reliability improvements through RCA, proactive maintenance, and ISO 27001-aligned practices.
- Provide 3rd line escalation support in a 24x7 global environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years’ experience in network/infrastructure engineering or escalation support.
- Strong IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs, DHCP/DNS).
- Hands-on troubleshooting across enterprise and field connectivity.
- Exposure to OT/industrial environments (mining preferred).
- Calm, structured incident handling and strong documentation discipline.
Good-to-Have
- SD-WAN, multi-site WAN design, monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana).
- Windows Server / Active Directory fundamentals.
- OT segmentation concepts, scripting (PowerShell/Python), SQL queries.
- Certifications: CCNA, vendor firewall (Fortinet/Palo Alto), ITIL, ISO 27001 awareness.
