We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own social media presence across multiple platforms for a growing company. You will develop and execute content strategies, manage posting schedules, engage with audiences, and track performance across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X. If you have an eye for content, understand what drives engagement across different platforms, and can move between strategy and execution without losing quality, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Social Media Strategy and Management
- Own and manage company social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns, and key dates
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and engage with the audience in a timely and on-brand manner
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices and adapt strategy accordingly
Content Creation
- Write compelling captions, copy, and short-form content tailored to each platform's tone and format
- Create or coordinate social media graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe
- Script and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines
Paid Media Support
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Support audience targeting, budget management, and ad creative coordination
- Monitor paid campaign performance and flag underperforming ads with recommendations
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report on key social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance
- Translate data into actionable insights and content recommendations
- Identify content gaps and opportunities based on performance trends
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms professionally
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different platforms and audiences
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe for creating social media graphics and assets
- Experience scripting and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels or TikTok
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
- Understanding of organic social media strategy and platform-specific best practices
- Comfortable working independently and managing a content calendar without close oversight
- Strong attention to detail with consistent, on-brand output across all deliverables
Nice to Have
- Experience running paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
- Background in content writing, copywriting, or SEO-adjacent content
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Iconosquare, or native platform insights
- Experience growing social accounts from scratch or relaunching dormant brand presence
- Background in a specific industry such as B2B SaaS, e-commerce, lifestyle, or professional services
