Employer Description A well-established legal practice in Pretoria. Job Description Our client is seeking to appoint a Junior Bonds Secretary to join their Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to two senior bonds secretaries involved in the registration and cancellation of CPF bonds with major banks. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with existing bonds experience who is looking to further develop their skills within a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the registration and cancellation of ABSA CPF bonds Assist with the registration and cancellation of FNB CPF bonds Provide administrative support to senior bonds secretaries Prepare and process bond documentation accurately and timeously Liaise with banks, clients, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with conveyancing procedures General conveyancing and administrative support duties Qualifications N/A Skills The successful candidate will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in bond registration Prior experience in a conveyancing or bonds secretarial role Exposure to bond registrations involving companies, close corporations, and trusts Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to learn CPF bond processes (training will be provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Benefits Opportunity to work alongside experienced senior bonds secretaries Structured training in CPF bond registrations Stable, permanent position within an established legal practice Exposure to high-volume conveyancing transactions
