People Services HR Administrator Be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting HR operations across the full employee lifecycle within a global people-focused organisation. Cape Town (CBD Gardens) | Office Based | UK Hours (09:00 - 17:00 Flex) | R15,000 - R18,000 per month ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a world-leading research agency with a diverse global team operating across 14 countries across the UK, Europe, and APAC. THE ROLE: PEOPLE SERVICES HR ADMINISTRATOR The People Services HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, employee records are accurately maintained, systems are effectively used, and policies are followed. Working within a newly formed People Services Hub, the successful candidate will support employees and stakeholders across a range of people operations activities while helping to deliver a high-quality employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Ensure people systems and records are accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end completion of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare all employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, employment changes, leave schedules, and related documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end completion of employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, performance processes, and leave processes.
  • Coordinate the administration of group cyclical people activities, including performance reviews, pay reviews, learning and development sessions, and employee surveys.
  • Collaborate with payroll and provide accurate and timely payroll data and inputs.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc people metrics as required.
  • Monitor completion of mandatory training and compliance-related tasks.
  • Help coordinate training initiatives and employee programmes.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. ABOUT YOU
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, including experience working with HR systems (Success Factors experience advantageous).
  • Familiarity with people policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong communication skills with a people-first approach.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and adaptability.
  • Language capabilities in Dutch, German, or French (other European languages advantageous).
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns across core European working hours.
