What You Will Do
- Drive expansion of worksite distribution within the Mass Market segment.
- Identify and develop new worksite opportunities in line with growth priorities.
- Support onboarding and embedding of worksite distribution partners.
- Actively source, engage, and onboard new partners aligned to Mass Market objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with key worksite stakeholders.
- Ensure new partners are effectively activated and supported post-onboarding.
- Drive sales productivity across assigned worksites and partner environments
- Monitor activity levels and output to ensure efficient conversion of opportunities
- Identify productivity constraints and take action to improve performance
- Track and manage conversion performance from leads to sales.
- Identify trends, blockers, and opportunities to improve conversion ratios
- Implement actions to improve sales effectiveness and close-out rates.
- Track product performance and uptake across worksites
- Ensure sales efforts align with product focus and campaign priorities
- Provide feedback on product performance and market response
- Ensure disciplined governance of sales activity across worksites
- Monitor adherence to sales processes, standards, and conduct expectations
- Support clean, compliant execution of sales activity in line with regulatory requirements
