Practical Shape Molding Machines and Pre-expander technical operation

Responsible for Process Card and repair, maintenance, disassembling and

assembling of molds and boiler systems to ensure improvement and responsible for the

production process. Formulation of parts and the parameter setting of machines. Ensure safety of

tooling, Employees and work environment. Charge and monitor the quality and quantity of the

products.

Responsible for on-site quality, industrial management and technical guidance
Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve at the workshop with minimal downtime

to aid production.

boilers and auxiliary equipment (fans, feed pumps, and valves).

Process Card draft as per specification and standard.
Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
Spares requirements plan and order in time.
Support of new project tooling from commissioning stages through to start of production.
Carry out engineering level changes to tools and modifications.
Full charge of tooling change and monitoring machines
Assist in completing any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Monthly and annual product quality compliance rate.
Integrity rate of equipment and tooling.
Completion rate of production process card

Education: Diploma or related qualification.

Professional requirements: Technical knowledge of EPS , proficiency in computer operation,

very fluent in spoken and written English.

Experience: More than 5 years of Industrial EPS with more knowledge and prefer of operation

Several capacity actual managements of process, technology and quality.

Skills Requirements: Strong practical ability to prepare process documentation, basic

knowledge of quality management and control, EPS machine and molding process adjustment

ability.

Professional requirements: Technical knowledge on Shape Molding Machines and

Pre-expander technical .
