Operations Management Diploma

5 - 8 Years production management experience

Experience in a Production Manager role in FMCG food manufacturing

Production planning and operational experience

Experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment

Knowledge of food safety and quality systems

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
