My client is looking for a Parts and Workshop Administrator to join their team in Gauteng. This is a permanent position that requires 2-5 years of experience in automotive environments.

POSITION INFO

We are Hiring: Parts and Workshop Administrator Duties & Responsibilities Parts Inventory & Stock Control: Tracking, ordering, and issuing parts, lubricants, and consumables. Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining stock levels. Job Card Administration: Opening, updating, and closing service and repair job cards. Recording technician notes and customer requirements. Supplier Coordination: Sourcing quotations, raising orders, and tracking deliveries. Workflow & Scheduling: Booking vehicles, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring parts availability. Reporting: Generating reports on parts usage, backorders, and maintenance summaries. Qualifications A Matric/Grade 12 certificate is essential. Supply Chain or Administration qualifications are advantageous. Valid driver's licence. Experience 2-3 years in parts administration or workshop coordination. Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel. Package & Remuneration Industry and experience-related. Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective stock and inventory control Good communication and customer service skills Strong planning, coordination, and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment
