Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years' post admission experience in practice;

2. Must have the majority of his/her experience in foreclosures / banking litigation. CV's without experience in foreclosures / banking litigation will not be considered;

3. Bilingual;

4. Right of appearance in High Court is highly advantageous;

5. Knowledge of banking systems such as SB Legal, CACS, Debt Manager, Vertigo etc. and AJS;

6. Experience in drafting of pleadings in high volumes.
