B2B Junior Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven, well-networked B2B Travel Sales Representative to grow Afrosia's trade partner base across South Africa. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel buyers to drive bookings for our Kenya, UAE, and Thailand product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, onboard, and manage travel trade partners (retail agencies, TMCs including ITCs) across South Africa
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies
  • Responsiveness to trade enquiries, coordinate with the reservations team in Nairobi & Dubai, and follow through to confirmed bookings
  • Target driven sales and brand presence approach
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback to the Sales Director
  • Represent Afrosia at relevant trade shows and roadshows as and when required

Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry (outbound preferred — Africa, Middle East, or Asia destinations a strong advantage)
  • Existing network of travel trade contacts in South Africa is essential
  • Strong commercial understanding and a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely
  • Proficient in WhatsApp Business, email.
  • Own transport preferred
  • R15000 - R20000 per month
