Warehouse Manager - Automotive

A leading and well-established automotive company in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee a high-volume distribution operation.

This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in inventory management, staff supervision, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strict standards of discipline, cleanliness, and safety across the warehouse.

• Manage and lead a large warehouse team, driving performance and accountability
• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy across all warehouse operations
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organisation at all times
• Implement and maintain discipline and operational procedures within the team
• Monitor and optimise warehouse processes, storage, and workflow efficiency
• Conduct regular stock audits, reporting, and reconciliations
• Enforce health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse
• Manage KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• 7–10 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management (automotive industry preferred)
• Proven experience managing a large staff complement
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of inventory systems and warehouse processes
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and organisational ability
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
