Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support all dealer queries related to parts, pricing, orders, and invoicing.
• Navigate Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems with confidence and ensure precise part identification.
• Process dealer orders promptly while maintaining strict accuracy standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve stock or order discrepancies.
• Provide technical guidance on parts interpretation and product information.
• Assist in optimising parts processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or support within an OEM or franchised dealer environment.
• Strong competency in EPC systems and parts catalogue interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
